Product description: This product is a high-activity feed special pectinase produced by high-quality and high-yield enzyme strains and advanced solid fermentation process. This product can effectively degrade the pectin in the feed in the digestive tract of the animal, crack the plant cell wall, promote the release of nutrients in the plant cell wall, reduce the viscosity of the chyme and increase the activity of digestive enzymes. Adding this product to the feed can eliminate the anti-nutritional effect of pectin, promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients by the animal, increase the daily gain, reduce the material-to-weight ratio, improve the feed utilization rate, and significantly improve the animal performance. |
Mechanism of action: Pectin is a complex high molecular polymer composed of a main chain formed by D-galacturonic acid linked by α-1,4 glycosidic bonds and a side chain formed by various neutral sugars. Pectin is largely filled in the intercellular layer and the primary wall of the plant cell wall, and cross-linked with cellulose and hemicellulose to encapsulate macromolecular nutrients in the plant cell wall, forming a strong nutrient barrier and hindering animal nutrition. Digestion and absorption of substances, reducing the nutritional value of the feed. Pectin is dissolved in water and is in a colloidal state, which increases the viscosity of the chyme, hinders the action of nutrients and digestive enzymes, and reduces the activity of digestive enzymes. The pectin content in the cake meal is as high as 3%-10% (Table 1). Pectin is an important anti-nutritional factor in cake-based feeds, which can significantly reduce feed digestibility. Pectinase rapidly decomposes pectin in the digestive tract of animals to produce oligogalacturonic acid and free galacturonic acid. After the molecular structure of the pectin is broken, the viscosity of the chyme is rapidly reduced, and the nutrients encapsulated in the plant cell wall are fully released. |
